• The loan printer is available providing the manufacturer's recommendations on general use, care and cleaning are followed.

• All original packing, manuals, cables and drivers must be retained and returned with the loan printer. Upon its return the printer will be

   checked, should any items be missing or the printer require repair for accidental or malicious damage, Plastic Card Solutions Ltd reserve

   the right to invoice for the damaged or missing items.

• Rental charges commence from the date the printer is delivered until the printer has been returned

• Rental charges do not include shipping costs to and from Plastic Card Solutions Ltd

• Weekends and Bank Holidays are charged at the standard daily rate, unless previously agreed in writing with our sales team

• VAT will be charged to all costs at the prevailing rate

• Card printing software can be provided at an additional cost

• No consumables are included with the printer unless requested

• All cards and printer consumables to be used in the printer must be purchased from Plastic Card Solutions Ltd. Should there be a

   discrepancy between the printer counter and the consumables purchased a charge of 10p per print will be applied.

• The printer shall not be passed to a third party without written agreement from Plastic card Solutions Ltd

• If the printer is being loaned as part of a hotswap contract, the loan printer must be returned within 5 working days of receipt of your

   original printer, failure to do so will result in a daily charge of £40 being made until the loan printer is returned.

• Plastic Card Solutions Ltd can not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind or in the event the equipment

   provided by Plastic Card Solutions Ltd fails due to breakdown.
