We offer a wide range of technical support package, if none
of these packages are suitable we will tailor one to meet your
specific requirements.
 Telephone Support
We provide free telephone support and advice on any issues
you have with your printer or software, if we do not know the
answer we will find the answer.
 Return
To Base
We provide this service for non urgent repairs or routine
maintenance. Simply return the printer to us and we will provide
you with an estimate, once the estimate has been approved the
work will be carried out to the highest standard by trained
technicians.
 Courier Hot Swap Contract
If you cannot be without your printer,
this is the ideal service for you. We offer a next working
day swap out service annual
contract. Should we be unable to repair the printer through
telephone support we will send you a loan printer (of similar
or higher specifications) on a next working day delivery. The
courier will collect your faulty printer and return it to Plastic
Card Solutions Ltd. Once your printer has been repaired it
will be delivered to you and the loan printer collected. This
contract covers all parts and labour (excludes print heads).
 On-Site Service Contract
When it is important that you are
without a printer for the shortest possible time, our on-site
service contract is ideal. Should we be unable to repair the
printer through telephone support an engineer will visit
site. Should he be unable to
repair the printer he will install a loan printer (of similar
or higher specifications) and return the faulty unit to Plastic
Card Solutions. Once repaired your original printer will be
returned to site and the loan printer collected.
